In-Store Returns

Full Refund (Days 1–7):

  • Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • Store Credit (Days 8–14):
    From day 8 through day 14, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

  • No Returns After 14 Days:
    We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days.

Non-Returnable In-Store Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits

  • Accessories

  • Beauty products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Online Returns

We offer a 14-day return window for online orders. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Unworn / unused

  • Tags attached

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Online Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits, bathing suits, or any undergarments

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and, once your return is accepted, placing a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
